- Construction Site Experience
- Building a portfolio & CV
- Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)
Ideal candidates should be Determined, Passionate, Proactive, Creative, Resourceful, Ambitious and Open Minded.
The 9-month traineeship will start in October 2025. This is an entry level role, candidates must be minimum aged 18 years and no prior experience required. Looking for a paid traineeship to help you learn about architecture, workplace culture and grow your confidence and networks?
This will be a drop in session for potential candidates to meet the current Build The Way trainees, to hear about the programme and ask any questions.
